Hot Oil Scalp Massage

Unwind with the delicious combination of rosemary essential oil and sesame oil. It is carefully massaged and combed from root to tip to stimulate hair growth, relieve scalp tension, eliminate dandruff, and moisturize your hair. You will be provided with a hair net for your journey home, but we also recommend you bring a towel!

Craniosacral

Craniosacral therapy is our softest, least invasive treatment offered at Connection, but it's benefits are vast. Your therapist will gently coax your spine, skull, and sacrum back into alignment, and slowly release the tension around the connective tissue. It can provide relief from headaches, neck and shoulder pain, low back pain, as well as relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Dr. Catherine Eppelsheimer is a nationally certified and state licensed acupuncturist with a passion for bringing body and mind back into alignment. From this foundation, she uses acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, bodywork, and herbal formulas to address all manner of pathology including pain, insomnia, depression and anxiety, GI dysfunction, menstrual irregularities, and more.

Catherine has been studying the human body for over 15 years. She received her massage license in 2012 and graduated from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 2022 with a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.

Catherine is a queer mama living in Oregon City with her family. She spends her free time chasing after her toddler, studying music, and mercilessly combating blackberries that threaten to swallow her house whole.
